New Student Enrollment Info
Kindergarten and New Student Registration
Registration for new kindergarten students (must be five years old on or before September 1) as well as new students to Northwood for the 2009-10 school year is Wednesday, May 6th, from 8:00-4:00 and Thursday, May 7th, from 11:00-6:00 It is VERY IMPORTANT for us to know the number of new students to plan for next year. Only a parent or legal guardian may register a student. If you have a kindergarten-aged child or know of neighbors whose children will be attending Northwood for the first time next year, PLEASE register on the above dates or call for an appointment at 770-552-6390. Please sign up for an appointment for kindergarten screening at registration. You will need the following items to register:
Completed Enrollment Form Affidavit of Residence Certified copy of State Birth Certificate Georgia Immunization Form #3231 Georgia Eye, Ear, Dental Form #3300 Social Security Card 2 Proofs of Residency (current utility bill, etc.) Georgia Driver’s License or ID card Passport, Alien Registration or I-94, if applicable, Previous school transcript, if applicable
Kindergarten Round-Up and Open House for Parents and Children
Tuesday, May 12 in the Northwood Cafeteria from 5:30 to 6:30 PM.
CRCT Update
We want to thank all students and parents for a their great work withthe CRCT test. We still have 3 more days of testing next week. Get plenty of rest and enjoy your weekend.
