Kindergarten and New Student Registration

Registration for new kindergarten students (must be five years old on or before September 1) as well as new students to Northwood for the 2010-2011 school year is Wednesday April 28th, from 8:00-4:00 and Thursday, April 29th, from 11:00-6:00 It is VERY IMPORTANT for us to know the number of new students to plan for next year. Only a parent or legal guardian may register a student. If you have a kindergarten-aged child or know of neighbors whose children will be attending Northwood for the first time next year, PLEASE register on the above dates or call for an appointment at 770-552-6390. Please sign up for an appointment for kindergarten screening at registration. You will need the following items to register:

Completed Enrollment Form, Affidavit of Residence, Certified copy of State Birth Certificate, Georgia Immunization Form #3231, Georgia Eye, Ear, Dental Form #3300, Social Security Card, 2 Proofs of Residency (current utility bill, etc.) Georgia Driver’s License or ID card, Passport, Alien Registration or I-94, if applicable, Previous school transcript, if applicable

Kindergarten Round-Up and Open House for Parents and Children will be scheduled soon. Please check back for a date to visit with your children!
